I hope you are still on course and no more tobacco. Not sure if you were want to quit marijuana for the sake of quitting it or just because it is still smoking. IF you are still okay with marijuana you might want to replacing smoking it with edibles. They help a lot of people who want to stop all smoking but do not want to give up marijuana due to sleep and other medical reasons.

There are plenty of places online that will teach people how to make edibles if you look them up. My doc really stressed that I need to give up smoking marijuana and replace them with edibles to help my lungs heal, so I am going to switch over like she said. I have only been smoke free for 3 days having been smoking 20 a day for over 20 years! Its early days I know and I have tried quitting before but always allowing myself the 3 cigarettes a day with the intention of easing these out over time….

This time I have given up with no cigarettes at all and although only 3 days in I feel very proud of my achievement. Am I alone in this or am I to believe that everyone is using one as a Vaping type website? I never vaped. Ive quit a few times in my 30 yrs of smoking. Hi, I hope you are still a non smoker. Copd has flared up again. Good for you. Keep up the good work. But be careful of the nicotine patches they could be hazardous. Like I was suffocating. I have asthma possibly COPD now and take puffers. But I feel fantastic! I will never smoke again. I stopped two days ago. First smoked at 14 now I was smoking a pack a day and just stopped cold turkey. Looking forward to a healthier me. Now to convince him that he would feel so much better.
